The Control Freak Mama likes all casinos to be honest and fair with their players. She reviews the reputation and standing of all casinos so that our readers get the finest selection of tested and approved casinos. Her main task is to keep our bad-rating lists up to date and to decide if a casino should be banned from our site.

She is very strict when it comes to security, fairness, and safety. This is why if she finds that a casino receives numerous bad reviews and complaints, she puts it in a black-list. The Control Freak Mamma doesn't let any information slip past her and is always aware of the reputation of every single casino listed on our site.

What does she do?

As her name suggests, the Control Freak Mama is our watchful casino inspector. She wants to make sure that the casinos that we list are offering nothing less than secure and fair gaming. This is why she regularly reviews the terms and conditions of each and every one of the brands we review. She is quick to inform her Direct Manager – the Mother of All Casinos if a casino breaches any terms, involves any unfair practices or receives any complaints.

When does she blacklist a casino?

If the Control Freak Mamma puts a casino on our blacklist, you should skip it. Usually, the casinos which she puts in this list receive complaint after complaint and in many cases even ignore these complaints.
